About Serenette Crombie
Our Founder & Financial Planner
With over 10 years in the financial planning industry with varying roles from client support, paraplanning and advising, Serenette is sincerely passionate about ensuring that her clients feel comfortable and confident with their financial decisions through qualitative and holistic advice
Like many in the finance industry, Serenette didn’t leave school with the intention of becoming a Financial Planner, instead, she was going to be a school teacher due to her love of empowering others through education.
However, she started working as a client support officer and saw financial planners do some pretty amazing things for clients. Helping terminally ill people claim money for one last family holiday. Seeing clients skip out of meetings knowing they could retire earlier than they thought.
I started Serenity Financial Planning to realign the focus back to clients through proactive and meaningful financial advice that is built through trust, honesty and reliability.”

Ynna Verutcio
CLIENT MANAGER
Ynna, has worked in the financial planning industry for 6 years and is motivated to provide an exceptional level of service when helping Serenity clients step through the financial planning process. In 2017 Ynna graduated with a Bachelor of Management Accounting and enjoys working in the world of finance. Ynna’s role includes implementing advice strategies from the Adviser Serenette for all clients and assisting with queries and follow ups with the Insurance, Superannuation and Investment Platforms as well as Centrelink. Ynna finds joy being part of a client’s journey to work towards their long term goals and taking away the administration burden for clients.
